¿Cuesta algo usar la plataforma?
Basic services are free. For orders made through the platform, we charge a service fee of 3% of the order amount. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider and passed to the buyer at cost without markup. See Fees.
Tarifas¿La plataforma gestiona los pagos?
No. Online payment, where available, is processed by licensed payment providers. The platform does not hold, receive or pool user funds.
¿Con quién es el contrato?
Sale contracts are made directly between buyer and seller. The platform provides matchmaking and inquiry services only.
¿Hay un requisito de edad?
The platform is for businesses and adults aged 18 or over acting for business purposes.
¿Puedo pedir cigarrillos electrónicos o encendedores?
These products are subject to the laws of the buyer's location, and some countries or regions prohibit or restrict them. In those regions, product pages do not offer enquiries or orders. Minors may not purchase.
¿Cómo compro artículos controlados como drones o láseres?
Until the seller's export licence is approved by us, these products can only be viewed and enquired about, not ordered. Buyers must submit an end-user and end-use declaration.
