我们不收集也不存储银行卡号；支付信息由持牌支付机构直接收集。
We do not collect or store card numbers; payment details are collected directly by licensed payment providers.

3. 单独同意 / Separate consent

以下事项使用前单独请求同意，可随时撤回：实时语音及机器翻译、通话录音、健康信息、个人信息出境、营销信息。 We seek separate, withdrawable consent for: live voice and machine translation, call recording, health information, cross-border transfer, and marketing.

4. 共享 / Sharing

• 交易对方（撮合所需资料）/ The other party to a deal (as needed for matching);
• 持牌支付机构（如开通在线支付，共享 KYC 资料、订单金额、类目、收货国家）/ Licensed payment providers (if online payment is enabled: KYC, order amount, category, destination);
• 云服务商（腾讯云，新加坡区域）/ Cloud provider (Tencent Cloud, Singapore region);
• 第三方语音识别与翻译服务商（目前语音识别使用浏览器内置功能，见下条；机器翻译服务商接入后将在本政策中列明）/ Third-party speech recognition and translation providers (speech recognition currently uses your browser's built-in feature, see below; machine translation providers will be listed here once integrated);
• 使用 Chrome 语音识别时，音频由浏览器直接发给 Google LLC（美国）/ If you use Chrome speech recognition, audio goes directly from your browser to Google LLC (US);
• 依法要求的主管机关 / Authorities where required by law. 我们不出售个人信息。We do not sell personal information.

5. 跨境传输 / Cross-border transfer

数据可能在澳大利亚、新加坡、中国内地、香港、美国及用户和交易对方所在国之间传输。服务器所在地：腾讯云新加坡区域。出境前我们会取得单独同意并按适用法律采取保障措施。 Data may be transferred between Australia, Singapore, mainland China, Hong Kong, the US and the countries of users and counterparties. Servers are located in the Tencent Cloud Singapore region. We obtain separate consent and apply safeguards required by law before transfer.

7. 您的权利 / Your rights

查阅、复制、更正、删除、撤回同意、注销、可携带（适用时）、投诉。请联系 plafactory1-vakf9r@mail.grokbot.com（support@livetofac.com 开通后将替换为该地址），我们在 15 个工作日内答复。 Access, copy, correct, delete, withdraw consent, close account, portability (where applicable), complain. Contact plafactory1-vakf9r@mail.grokbot.com (to be replaced by support@livetofac.com once activated); we respond within 15 business days.

8. 安全 / Security

HTTPS/TLS 传输加密、静态加密、最小权限、审计日志、脱敏展示、定期备份。 TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least privilege, audit logs, masking, regular backups.

9. 未成年人 / Minors

平台仅限年满 18 周岁人士注册。未成年人禁止购买电子烟、尼古丁产品及其他年龄受限商品。我们不会故意收集未成年人信息，发现后将删除。 Only people aged 18 or over may register. Minors are prohibited from buying e-cigarettes, nicotine products or other age-restricted goods. We do not knowingly collect minors' data and will delete it if found.

10. 受管制物项提示 / Regulated-item notices

为显示电子烟等受管制物项的所在地提示，我们会使用您填写的国家或 IP 推断的地区。买家须自行遵守所在地法律，平台展示地区提示；对于 19 个电子烟禁售国家或地区，平台会据此拒绝电子烟的询价和下单。 To show location-based notices for e-cigarettes and other regulated items, we use your stated country or IP-derived region. Buyers must comply with local laws; the platform displays regional notices and uses this information to decline e-cigarette inquiries and orders from the 19 listed banned countries or regions.

11. Cookie

必要 Cookie 默认开启；分析和营销 Cookie 需同意。Essential cookies are on by default; analytics and marketing cookies require consent.

12. 更新与投诉 / Updates and complaints

重大变更至少提前 30 日公示。您也可向所在地监管机构投诉（如澳洲 OAIC、中国网信部门）。 Material changes are published at least 30 days in advance. You may complain to your regulator (e.g. OAIC in Australia, CAC in China).
