LiveToFac is a B2B matchmaking and inquiry platform connecting live-stream creators, Chinese factories and global buyers. It is operated by Vertexa Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company (ACN 698 787 352).

The platform provides matchmaking and inquiry services only. We are not the buyer, seller, agent or carrier in any transaction; sale contracts are made directly between buyer and seller.

Online payment, where available, is processed by licensed payment providers. The platform does not hold, receive or pool user funds.

Who uses the platform

  • Creators promote products on social and live-stream platforms and earn commission through the platform.
  • Factories list products, license their media and receive inquiries and orders.
  • Buyers send requests for quotation (RFQs), sample orders and orders.
