The two-channel plan (< USD 10,000 via Stripe, ≥ USD 10,000 via LianLian/PingPong) was confirmed by Jason on 2026-11-01. Items marked TBC will be filled in after contracts are signed. This preview does not process real payments.
- LiveToFac never holds or custodies trade funds. Licensed payment providers process payments; the platform only issues release/refund instructions based on order status.
- Controlled items (drones, lasers, radar, CNC) need a valid, approved export licence; otherwise they are inquiry-only and cannot be ordered.

Buyer / factory / creator fees
Sign-up, browsing and RFQ are free. The platform fee is 3% of the order value. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider and passed to the buyer at cost, with no platform markup. Creator fees are TBC. For large orders the platform fee is invoiced separately and is not deducted from the payment account. Disputes
Disputes raised before settlement pause the payout; the platform recommends an outcome and the provider executes the refund or release.
